• Upto 20% off total maintenance and monitoring annual contract price for customers who currently have a service contract with a company other than Security Wise (N.W) Ltd.
• Subject to receipt of copies of all relevant current or previous renewal invoices/ notices.
• Offer only applies to single site contracts. Similar offers may be available to multiple sites subject to further discussion.

• Whilst we will takeover the maintenance and monitoring of most systems there are some systems where this will not be possible.
• At the time of the first inspection we will identify any system defects and itemise them on our inspection document. A quote will be presented to rectify these defects. This may affect the type of service agreement we are able to offer until these defects are resolved.
• All comprehensive policies are subject to survey to establish whether the system is fit for purpose, where not fit for purpose only standard cover will be offered until identified issues are addressed.
